Instructions on Submitting Applications*
The application has three parts:

(NOTE: IT’S CRITICAL THAT ALL OF THESE STEPS BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO ENSURE PROPER RECEIPT OF ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS BY THE OIBEF SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION COMMITTEE):
* The OIBEF does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, or gender.
* The decisions of the Scholarship Committee will be final.
The Committee would prefer all documents submitted to be in a PDF format, if possible, for ease of review & processing.

Here are the steps.
(NOTE: IT’S CRITICAL THAT ALL OF THESE STEPS BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO ENSURE PROPER RECEIPT OF ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS BY THE OIBEF SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION COMMITTEE):
- STUDENTS: Go to the OIB Chapter of the website / homepage (www.oibaws.org). Click on the OIBEF section noted on the right-side of the homepage. Select STUDENT section, that brings you to the Application info & documents. Review the info, download the scholarship application. The completed application along with the student 500 word essay should then be emailed to the OIBEF Chairman at [email protected] . Notification emails are sent to you once your application has been received and upon completion of the application process.
- RECOMMENDERS (or STUDENT submitting a recommendation on their behalf): You will submit a letter of recommendation to the OIBEF Scholarship Chairman by email to: [email protected] . Notification emails are sent to recommenders that your document has been received.
- TRANSCRIPTS: Each student must arrange to have their official academic transcripts sent directly to the OIBEF Scholarship Chairman by email to: [email protected]
