Recipe for Party Rye Snacks
1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage (Bob
Evans, Jimmy Dean e.g.) 1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 loaf party ryes
Brown ground beef and sausage separately. Drain both then put together in pan. Cut cheese into small chunks & add to meat & warm till cheese is melted & blended into meat. Add spices. Cool slightly, then spread on party ryes. Freeze on cookie sheets, then put into freezer bags to store in freezer.
To serve, heat in 350 oven 20 minutes or till brown.
