Yes, I/we will continue to participate in person at Silver Coast (especially since NC is Phase 2.5 right now) Yes, an option to participate remote/virtual via Zoom of the “live” OIB tasting at Silver Coast Yes, to have access to a recorded OIB tasting, made available to you by the Chapter to view when you want. The recorded portion would most likely be reduced to just contain time slices of each wine tasted (note; since small bottles used, you must view/taste within 2 days to preserve wine characteristics) No, just make the slide presentation available to me on the website No, I/we do not plan on physically participating in any wine event at all until the healthcare industry has a proven Covid vaccine

4) For advance planning only, the Chapter BOD has discussed a full range of options in trying to do something for a Dec holiday “gathering”. Please check your level of interest on the following range of options? *

Just not doing anything in Dec Do another regular tasting event in Dec with a special holiday theme, most likely this would be very limited to OIB primary members only with no prepared food served (aka, wine provided but bring your own appetizers/snacks) Or something larger only if NC goes from Phase 2.5 to 3
